IgniteAI is a product of The Jaggery Point & Tea Tee Store ("Company", "we", "us").

1. Services & AI Disclaimer

We provide an AI-powered platform for generating video advertisements. You acknowledge that:

  • The Services utilize generative AI, which may produce unpredictable or inaccurate results ("Hallucinations").
  • You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated output before public use.
  • We provide the Output "as is" and make no specific warranties regarding its unique commercial fitness or non-infringement.

2. Content Ownership & License

Your Input: You retain ownership of any text, images, or media you upload ("Input"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your Input solely to generate the requested output and improve our services.

AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you all rights, title, and interest in the video output ("Output"), excluding the underlying AI models and software.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate deepfakes, sexually explicit content, hate speech, or content that promotes violence.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service.

Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Subscription & Billing

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior.

Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice. Continued use implies acceptance of new pricing.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Jaggery Point & Tea Tee Store, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Input, or your violation of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
