1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, make a purchase, or communicate with us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain our AI generation services.
  • Process your transactions and manage your subscription.
  • Email you about your account and your videos, and occasionally ask about your experience or suggest a next step. You can turn these emails off at any time from the link in any email or from your email preferences.
  • AI Processing: Your inputs (text prompts and uploaded media) are processed by our third-party AI partners (such as OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs) solely for the purpose of generating your requested content.

3. Free Tools: what is kept

For the free AI Product Photo Generator, the product photo you upload and the photos it generates are stored privately against the email address you verify, for 90 days, so that you can retrieve them on any device; they are not public, are not shared with other users, and are not used to train models. You can delete any single photo, or everything held for your address including the upload, from the “Your photos” section of that page at any time, and anything not deleted is removed automatically at the end of the 90 days.

For the free Roast My Ad tool, the ad image you upload is kept privately for 90 days alongside its critique, so that you can return to the roast; it is not public, not shared and not used to train models. A “Delete it now” link under every roast removes the image immediately, and anything not deleted is removed automatically after 90 days.

Under every free-tool result you may be asked whether it was useful (a thumbs up or down and an optional line of text). Answering is optional, needs no email, and the answers are used only to improve the tools.

4. Analytics

We use product-analytics tools (PostHog and Contentsquare) to understand how the site and the app are used: which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, the browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This helps us find broken flows and see which features matter.

We also record how pages are used, as a session replay: the clicks, scrolls and page changes of a visit, played back like a screen recording. It is how we see where a flow breaks without asking you to describe it.

Anything you type is hidden before the recording leaves your browser. Text you enter in any box — your email address, a password, a product description — is replaced with blocks, and so is your email address where it is shown back to you. We never see the real characters. Recordings are stored by PostHog and deleted after 30 days.

If you would rather not be recorded, tell us or email business@igniteai.in and we will delete any recordings of your visits and keep your address out of future ones where we can.

When you sign in to the app, usage is linked to your account id and email address so that we can help with support requests. The links in our emails pass through igniteai.in/l/ first, which records that the link was opened (which email, which link, when, and the browser and IP address) before taking you on; this tells us which emails are useful to you. Analytics data is not sold and is not used to train AI models.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy or with your consent.

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access.
