Digital Products Only

IgniteAI delivers digital assets (AI-generated photos and videos). There is no physical shipping involved with any of our products.

Delivery

Generated videos appear in your account dashboard as soon as they finish, with a download link and an email notification. Free product photos from the AI Product Photo Generator are shown in the browser immediately and kept privately for 90 days so you can come back for them; you can delete them at any time.

Processing Time

A video takes a few minutes to storyboard and roughly ten minutes to render, depending on length. If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Issues with Delivery

If you cannot access something you generated, contact support with the campaign name and we will sort it out.
