Can I buy credits right now?
Not at the moment — we are in waitlist mode and self-serve purchases are paused while we scale capacity. Join the waitlist at https://igniteai.in/#waitlist and we will email you the moment checkout reopens. If you already have credits, nothing changes: they do not expire during the pause, you can keep generating and downloading videos, and failed runs are still refunded automatically.
How do credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits that refreshes at the start of every billing cycle. Generating a video spends credits based on its length and the AI models used. Re-rolling images or refining individual scenes before you generate the final video is free — you only pay credits when you render video.
What happens if a video generation fails?
If a generation fails partway through, the credits for that run are automatically returned to your balance — you are never charged for a video you did not receive. You will see the refund confirmed in the app and in your email. If anything looks off, email business@igniteai.in with your run ID and we will sort it out.
How long does it take to generate a video?
Most 12–30 second ads finish in roughly 4–8 minutes depending on length and current load. You can leave the page while it renders — we will email you the moment it is ready.
Do I own the videos? Can I use them in paid ads?
Yes. Videos you generate are yours to use commercially — run them as paid ads, post them organically, or use them in any campaign. There are no per-use or licensing fees on top of your subscription.
What video lengths and formats are supported?
You can generate vertical (9:16) short-form ads from 12 to 30 seconds, built for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Growth and Agency plans support 4K output.
Is there a watermark on my videos?
No. Videos generated on any paid plan are delivered clean, with no IgniteAI watermark.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time and you will keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not lock you into annual contracts. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy for details.
Do I need to hire actors or ship product samples?
No. That is the whole point — IgniteAI generates AI presenters and product scenes from a single product image and a short description, so you can test dozens of creative variations without a shoot, actors, or shipping inventory.
